To provide you with our services, we need to collect information that identifies you as a real person. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose that Personal Information.

 

When you communicate or make a booking with us or sign up for a newsletter, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, nationality and contact details. This information is required by law if you make a booking and may alternatively be provided by a third-party service provider such as AirBnB.

 

We only collect the minimum information we need to provide services and customer support to you, meet our legal requirements, comply with official regulations and maintain proper business records.  We don’t collect or record any sensitive personal Information (e.g. personal data revealing racial origin, political opinions, religion or sexual orientation).

 

Our minimum age for bookings is 23 and our Services are not open to individuals under the age of sixteen (16), so we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16

 

We only use your personal information for legitimate business purposes including:

  • Providing our services in a smooth and efficient manner

  • Contacting and updating you about your bookings and optimizing our customer support

  • Developing and improving our services

  • Sending you information, including marketing information, about our services

  • Publishing your reviews on our website

  • (You can withdraw permission to send you marketing information or publish your reviews at any time)

  • Maintaining accurate business records, complying with any legal requirements and responding to any requests from public and government authorities

 

We may contact you to

  • update your account

  • resolve any queries or disputes

  • collect any monies owed

  • poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires

  • send updates about our company or its services

  • enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you

For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages or post.

 

Your data is held securely and confidentially by us.

 

We never hold any of your credit card information. If we process any card payments, we destroy all card information as soon as the transaction is completed. If you make any payments through third-party providers such as AirBnB, PayPal, etc, we never receive any card information.

 

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please check our current Privacy Policy and T&Cs as your use of our Services and Website confirms acceptance of our Privacy Policy and terms, including any changes.

 

You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes, to comply with government requirements or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion.

We do not supply your information to any third parties for marketing purposes, but we do use some third-party service providers to improve our service to you.

  • to third-party service providers such as Wix, who host our website, AirBnB, our booking agent, and PayPal, who provide us with payment processing services

  • for legal reasons, such as enforcing our terms, conditions or property, including intellectual property

  • to comply with legal requirements and respond to any requests from public and government bodies

 

We are not responsible for the privacy policies, information storage or other practices of any third parties, including service providers and any third party operating any website or service to which our website links. The inclusion of a link on our website does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. Those third parties are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that may apply to their collection and control of Personal Information, including all privacy and data protection laws of all relevant jurisdictions.

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization.
