CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel within 48 hours of booking, receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in date

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in date, receive a full refund

Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in date, receive a 50% refund
-
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in date, you will not receive any refund

GENERAL

All children are welcome, but the minimum age to rent is 23

We do not accept third party bookings

Rental is restricted to private use - commercial use is not permitted

Smoking/vaping is not permitted

Unfortunately, no pets/animals are permitted due to a communal lease agreement

Guests must give due consideration to neighbours and ensure noise levels are kept at an acceptable level. No disturbance, parties or events are allowed

The apartment must be left in a suitably clean condition at the end of your stay

The person booking the property will be responsible for –
-
any damage to the rental property/contents caused by you or your party during your stay (other than normal wear and tear)
-
all charges incurred in repairing or replacing all damages
-
any unreasonable or excessive electricity costs
-
observations of the conditions and obligations of the booking
-

Keys must be returned when departing. The cost of replacement keys will be charged.
If you breach any of these conditions, you may be required to vacate the premises immediately.
No refund will be given.
This property is managed by a private host, so EU consumer law will not apply to your booking.
