Ground floor apartment with excellent parking in front of the building. Access is via four steps up to the entrance door and the apartment is on the right. Everything in the apartment is on one level.

There is a large communal grass area in front of the apartment for children to play and adults to sunbathe.

Across Mill Road is another grassy area (known locally as Telly Tubby Hill) leading to a nice walk through Cashlandoo Park to the seafront and promenade.

Portstewart is famous for its beautiful red sunsets. This is the view of one of those sunsets as seen from Millfield Village.

The entrance is bright and airy with storage cupboards containing vacuum cleaner, ironing board, clothes drying rack and camping chairs for sunbathing.

We can also provide a high chair and travelling cot, if required, but please book these in advance.

The airy lounge has two leather sofas for your comfort, coffee table, mirror and casual lighting for your convenience plus flat-screen Freeview TV, radio, super-fast wi-fi, books, magazines and games for your pleasure.

The second leather sofa ensures plenty of comfortable seating and the whole apartment enjoys efficient gas central heating.

The casual dining area seats four and is ideal for holiday dining.

The open-plan arrangement of the lounge, dining area and kitchen is airy and sociable - a perfect arrangement for a holiday home.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and all the utensils you should need. There is also a washing machine.

We provide a welcome pack of food for your convenience to guarantee you supper and breakfast irrespective of when you arrive.

The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and black-out roller blind to ensure you a good night's sleep. Abundant mirror-fronted sliderobes with plenty of wood hangers and open shelving offer generous storage space. There is also a computer desk and chair stored in one of the sliderobes, if you are unfortunate enough to have to work during your visit.

The more compact second bedroom has been refurbished with all-new furniture, including a double wardrobe (including plenty of wooden hangers) and bedside cabinet. A comfortable double bed (accessible from one side only) and black-out roller blind will ensure you a good night's sleep.
