+ Thoughtful touches. Leaving lactose free milk and gluten-free jaffa cakes as well as standard milk and bread. Wonderfully soft beds and pillows and such a comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Convenient to everything... walking distance. Wonderful hosts who are friendly and every so helpful .

Great hosts, good location, worked well for our family of 4!
The location was great as we could walk into the Promenade area easily but also park and drive to out to other areas easily.
Everything was good. No complaints.

lovely spacious apartment with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. also alll basic essentials and lots of little treats. Jim was a perfect host. not intrusive but there if needed and with lots of local information. helped me sort out my sat nav which was very appreciated

Brillant stay. Apartment was spotless. Essential groceries there and nice wee extras. Plenty of informatin leaflets on what to do and where to eat in the area. Some board games and books was a nice touch. Asked for a high chair and travel cot and these were supplied with no hassle. Bed linen and towels were so comfy and soft. Could of stayed longer was great.

Renting with Jim was an absolute breeze. Made our stay a memorable one. Incredibly helpful and responsive. Great apartment, too! If you’re looking for a place near Portrush, definitely recommend checking with Jim first.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Seabird Apartment. Jim gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed, even some bread and milk to get us started and very comfortable beds! Jim was very helpful and provided information about food places and other amenities in the area. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, close to everything and was very clean and tidy - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Two friends and I rented Jim’s apartment to watch the British Open and play some golf nearby. Jim gave us a very warm welcome at the apartment and explained how everything worked. After that, he even offered to drive us around Portstewart to show us the area and point out where we could buy groceries or eat out. Jim had excellent local knowledge—he even took us to the golf course to show us what it looked like.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh, smelled great, and had clean sheets and towels prepared. In the fridge, Jim had left water, some fruit, bread, butter, and other small treats.
I would recommend this accommodation to absolutely everyone. Jim was always available and very helpful. There was truly nothing to complain about.

Highly recommend. Jim met us upon arrival and guided us through the apartment and advised us on local attractions and even recommended a few takeaways, the apartment was spotless clean and had a well equipped kitchen, including breakfast food items.
The location was nice and quiet but still very close to the strand and Portstewart promenade,

We had a very enjoyable stay at Seabird apartment. Jim was an excellent host - very friendly and gave us lots of useful information about the local area when we arrived. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped in a nice location just 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Spent a lovely few days at Jim's apartment. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and has good storage space. It's a good location for the town and beach but in a quiet enough spot. Jim was quick to respond to any queries both before and during the stay. He was very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful information about the area. Would have no hesitation staying again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Jim’s apartment. A great location close to everything while also quiet and peaceful.
The apartment has everything you could need for a family break away, plus more. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and 2 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds!
We would love to visit again. Jim was a great host

We had a great time at Jim's apartment and will check to see if it is available the next time we plan to go to the north coast.
great location a short 10-15 minute walk to portstewart promenade. Our trip was a last minute booking and everything was smooth and hassle free, jim very kindly left us some food and treats to get us started.
Thanks again and we will maybe see you again on our next trip.

Stayed with kids
My daughter and I had a lovely visit here. There is a 10 minute walk down a quiet path that takes you to the promenade, so you are close enough to all of the sites, but also away from the commotion of downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with some essential food items. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable (and would be comfortable more people). Jim lives close and is very responsive. Great place. Great host.

Jim & Cathy are fantastic hosts. They have thought of everything, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A path across the road takes you a 10 minute walk to Portstewart centre. It was a perfect base for our family to explore all that the beautiful north coast has to offer.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jim’s place. The unit was spotless and had everything you could think of. You could tell there was a lot of effort and thought put in to making the place comfortable. Jim and his wife were very attentive and helpful in every detail….even a lovely bunch of fresh flowers on the table!
We were pleasantly surprised to even have a nice selection of breakfast things there for us when we arrived.
Most things were brand new or like new.
Beds were comfortable. The unit is not large but the one bedroom has 2 very large closets which was most useful.
I highly recommend this place.
