​I’d thoroughly recommend Seabird Apartment. The location in Portstewart is fantastic, what a stunning coastline, and the apartment had everything we needed. Having supper for us was a really nice touch.

Jim was a great host and met us to show us the apartment. He was so helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was perfect for us, and Jim provided all the essentials. The milk, tea and coffee, etc were much appreciated. We had a flat tyre which Jim helped us get fixed and we would have been lost without him! Would definitely recommend and stay again. This is genuinely one of the best places we have stayed, so cosy, everything there. A fantastic welcome pack so if you don’t shop until the next morning your be fine, the best nights sleep in any Airbnb or my own home! Great place for visiting parts of Northern Ireland and the NW200 course, Jim was very helpful and had great recommendations. Would not hesitate to book this place again! We hope to return one day

Jim's spot was superb, exactly what we needed. Safe secure parking, the two bedrooms had ample space and was clean and tidy, towels provided, the bathroom and kitchen was spotless, plenty of hot water. This was a great place for the 3 of us, myself and two kids. One bed had to be shared but as there was 2 doubles, it was very comfortable. Jim even left us some bread, jams and coffee and milk for our first night which was brilliant as we didn't have to rush to the shops on a Sunday evening. The apartment is 5 mins drive from Portstewart strand and golf course and 5 mins to the Promenade, ideally located. Would highly recommend .

An Absolute Gem!

We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back. Our host Jim, was wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start. The apartment itself is great, surprisingly spacious, and spotlessly clean throughout. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful starter pack of groceries, which was a lovely touch and saved us a trip to the shop on our first night.

​This apartment was in a fantastic location and served as the perfect base for exploring the north coast! ​The place was super clean and came equipped with absolutely everything you could need, whether you’re on a short weekend getaway or a longer break. Jim was a wonderful host - his communication was excellent, and he even left us a fabulous, up-to-date list of local events happening during our stay. ​We loved the thoughtful extra touches, especially the breakfast items (milk, bread, yogurts, cereal, fruit, and bottled water) which made settling in so easy. ​We stayed with our 5-year-old daughter and found it to be just the right size. We would 100% recommend this spot for couples or small families. Thanks for a great stay, Jim!

Beautiful, very well equipped apartment. Parking is easily possible right in front of the house. Exceptionally large storage space in cupboards and on shelves. Very friendly hosts who were easy to reach, including via Messenger. There was a starter pack with groceries in the flat, and a bouquet of fresh flowers was on the table. A great deal of information about the surrounding area, where there are many interesting places to visit. We enjoyed it very much.

A lovely holiday apartment. A great location to explore Northern Ireland's amazing coastline. Jim was very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely that the host left us bread, milk, tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, preserves and fresh flowers. Clean and comfortable.

+  Thoughtful touches. Leaving lactose free milk and gluten-free jaffa cakes as well as standard milk and bread. Wonderfully soft beds and pillows and such a comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Convenient to everything... walking distance. Wonderful hosts who are friendly and every so helpful .

Brilliant stay. Apartment was spotless. Essential groceries there and nice wee extras. Plenty of information leaflets on what to do and where to eat in the area. Some board games and books was a nice touch. Asked for a high chair and travel cot and these were supplied with no hassle. Bed linen and towels were so comfy and soft. Could of stayed longer was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Seabird Apartment. Jim gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed, even some bread and milk to get us started and very comfortable beds! Jim was very helpful and provided information about food places and other amenities in the area. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, close to everything and was very clean and tidy - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Two friends and I rented Jim’s apartment to watch the British Open and play some golf nearby. Jim gave us a very warm welcome at the apartment and explained how everything worked. After that, he even offered to drive us around Portstewart to show us the area and point out where we could buy groceries or eat out. Jim had excellent local knowledge—he even took us to the golf course to show us what it looked like.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh, smelled great, and had clean sheets and towels prepared. In the fridge, Jim had left water, some fruit, bread, butter, and other small treats.
I would recommend this accommodation to absolutely everyone. Jim was always available and very helpful. There was truly nothing to complain about.

Highly recommend. Jim met us upon arrival and guided us through the apartment and advised us on local attractions and even recommended a few takeaways, the apartment was spotless clean and had a well equipped kitchen, including breakfast food items.
The location was nice and quiet but still very close to the strand and Portstewart promenade,

Spent a lovely few days at Jim's apartment. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and has good storage space. It's a good location for the town and beach but in a quiet enough spot. Jim was quick to respond to any queries both before and during the stay. He was very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful information about the area. Would have no hesitation staying again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Jim’s apartment. A great location close to everything while also quiet and peaceful.
The apartment has everything you could need for a family break away, plus more. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and 2 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds!

great location a short 10-15 minute walk to portstewart promenade. Our trip was a last minute booking and everything was smooth and hassle free, jim very kindly left us some food and treats to get us started.

Stayed with kids

My daughter and I had a lovely visit here. There is a 10 minute walk down a quiet path that takes you to the promenade, so you are close enough to all of the sites, but also away from the commotion of downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with some essential food items. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable (and would be comfortable more people). Jim lives close and is very responsive. Great place. Great host.

Jim & Cathy are fantastic hosts. They have thought of everything, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A path across the road takes you a 10 minute walk to Portstewart centre. It was a perfect base for our family to explore all that the beautiful north coast has to offer.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jim’s place. The unit was spotless and had everything you could think of. You could tell there was a lot of effort and thought put in to making the place comfortable. Jim and his wife were very attentive and helpful in every detail….even a lovely bunch of fresh flowers on the table!
We were pleasantly surprised to even have a nice selection of breakfast things there for us when we arrived.
Most things were brand new or like new.
Beds were comfortable. The unit is not large but the one bedroom has 2 very large closets which was most useful.
I highly recommend this place.
